We believe an all-in effort to organize swiftly on a massive scale is urgently needed in order to win the societal changes we so desperately need. We launched TCW Strategies with one goal in mind: to help labor unions and progressive non-profits leverage their data to build power and advance their missions.

Co-Founder & CEO

Justin Tzuanos

Justin is a co-founder of TCW Strategies and has served as its CEO since its inception in 2021. Prior to that, he spent the majority of his career working for international unions, designing innovative organizing programs for member mobilization and political power. His specialty is big-picture thinking and synthesis. He lives in Maryland.

Zoltan Csaplar

Zoltan is a co-founder of TCW Strategies and has served as the COO since April 2022. Prior to that, he was a campaign director for international unions for almost two decades. He specializes in systems to elevate progressive campaign performance. He lives in California with his wife and two daughters.
