Justin Tzuanos
Justin has spent his career at the intersection of worker power and progressive data infrastructure. He co-founded TCW Strategies in 2021 on a simple premise: the labor movement deserves the same data tools corporations use against working people every day. Before launching TCW Strategies, Justin spent most of his career with international unions, managing organizing programs that moved members into action and built political power at scale. His consulting work spans labor unions and state and federal electoral campaigns, where he builds and leads the teams that turn data into wins. He lives in Maryland.

Zoltan Csaplar
Zoltan has spent two decades in progressive politics and labor organizing, and he co-founded TCW Strategies to solve the movement’s problem of scale and pace. The right-wing machine moves fast and operates at scale. The progressive movement has to match that pace or fall further behind. Before launching TCW Strategies, Zoltan spent nearly two decades as a campaign director for international healthcare and public sector education unions. His consulting work focuses on building teams, implementing the right data solutions, and turning organizing muscle into measurable wins. He lives in California with his wife and two daughters.
